• Led IT project to configure, price and quote deals during a customer meeting, reducing the inquiry to order cycle time from 28 days to 1 day.
• Managed a challenging European business and IT project implementation, leading a financial services organisation through the complex and high volume activities needed for successful implementation..
• Led the digitisation of a Nett Promoter Score (NPS) programme within a CRM tool, increasing survey response rate by 46% across 12,000 customers and in 16 countries across Europe.
• Developed an automated issue resolution tool, giving real time notification of customer issues to the Sales and Country leaders, reducing the time to close issues from 41 days in '07 to 13 days in '08.
• Project managed the integration of Salesforce.com with an operational billing system providing a link between CRM tool and operational system. Leading business and IT resources and utilising six sigma methodology the project delivered a daily error free interface .
• Headed up a team to provide online services to clients. Held benchmark reviews with other businesses, surveyed existing employees and carried out face to face meetings with many large European clients.
• Managed the design, development and roll out of Sales Force Automation using intranet-based tool, Salesforce.com. Ensured migration of customer data , 18,000 accounts and 37,000 leads.
• Achieved Black Belt certification having applied six sigma tools and methodology when leading two large improvement projects. Both taking approximately 12 months to complete, the projects related to Risk processes, considerably improving customer delinquency.
