Since starting Carshaw Ltd in 1987, Alan Shaw has been
very focussed upon a "right first time" approach that is achieved by good
planning and preparation. The concept of continual improvement is
enshrined in Carshaw's policies and procedures and underpins the
consultancy and training provided for clients. These efforts are directed
to helping client organisations with their own "improving workplace
performance" so that they can work towards achieving their desired levels
of excellence, often including formal assessment and certification.
Much of Carshaw’s new business comes from client
recommendation and referral, so the achievement of top scores in the
"overall satisfaction" and "would you recommend" categories of independent
client feedback to the British Accreditation Bureau is very reassuring.
